Use the button in the top left hand corner to go back to the home page and either locate the red pin or use the magnifying glass icon to search for another job

Do I have to sign out when I have finished using ClaimSend?

No you can stay signed in in

What can I do if I don't think the ClaimSend app is working?

First thing to try is double-tap to bring up the app switcher, locate ClaimSend then swipe up sending it off-screen.  This will close the app as opposed to leaving it running in the background.  Now tap the ClaimSend app icon to start it again.
